I was having an issue with my mask so I contacted customer service. To my surprise they contacted me within 24 hours with a solution!! Excellent customer service still exists!

Love, love, LOVE this mask, especially that it not only covers my entire face but also my neck. My controller stopped working and their customer service was outstanding - they shipped me a replacement immediately. Highly recommend!

So I've decided to update my review of this product. I had previously posted a negative review of his product after it stopped working after just 4 months. I must say that the customer service department really took care of us and honored the one year warranty without an issue. We are currently awaiting the replacement product that has been shipped. I know my wife is looking forward to using it. We are hopeful that the issue with the charging on the last mask was just a fluke and that the replacement mask will work for many years to come. I may return at a later date to update my review further on this product.

The only light that has been working is orange. Product is not worth the price or effort.

This item worked great - it is user friendly with different light therapy options. I needed customer support directly from Avorla and received great and prompt service. I would recommend this item if you are looking for an LED mask.

Comfortable fit. I think this is really a great value compared to other high end mask (that I have used) and this works just as well. Its lightweight and sit comfortably on your face, neck and chest. I love that you get the neck and face mask both for this price too

after a week of using this product is good and a good quality but it's so big for my face ,its uncomfortable because my mouth is on the nose area and the eye protection is bragging your eyelids down can't continue using it ...so disappointing that return is not freeeee....
