I've been fishing my whole life and have always been a monofilament guy, but I wanted to give braid another shot and decided to try Beyond Braid. Glad I did. I spooled up two of my reels with it and haven't had a single issue — no wind knots, no fraying, nothing to complain about. The line is noticeably strong for its diameter, and you can really feel the difference in sensitivity compared to mono since there's basically no stretch. Bites come through much clearer, and I've had solid confidence in the line when fighting fish, even around structure where abrasion resistance matters. It casts smoothly and hasn't given me any trouble with backlash or tangling, which was one of my worries going in after years of mono. Overall, this made the switch to braid a lot easier than I expected, and I'll definitely be using Beyond Braid going forward. Definitely recommend this line, especially if you're a longtime mono angler thinking about giving braid a try.

I've been testing this 10 lb Beyond Braid braided line on my last outings both in fresh water and in light structure areas, and the overall behavior is quite competitive. The most remarkable: Sensitivity and stretching: By not having any elasticity, the transmission of the bite is immediate. You feel perfectly the bottom, the stones and the slightest touch, which greatly improves the effectiveness of the dive. Abrasion resistance: It has withstood friction well with submerged branches and vegetation without fraying at the first change. It maintains a good structural integrity after several intense days. Throw: The braiding is quite round and soft, which translates into long and fluid throws with hardly any friction in the rings of the rod. The wigs (bird's nests) have been non-existent by adjusting the reel well. Points to keep in mind: As with the vast majority of braided lines with intense color finishes or camouflage, it begins to lose the original color in the first meters after a few hours of constant use due to water and friction. It does not affect the resistance of the thread, but it is an aesthetic detail to consider. In addition, I recommend securing the knots very well (such as the Palomar or the FG if you use under the line), since being such a silky thread, a badly closed knot could slip. A very solid braided line, strong and with a contained diameter for the resistance it offers. A great option if you are looking for performance without paying the prices of premium brands.

Great line, easy casting, strong and durable

Central Idaho Steelhead and Salmon from the bank. Respooled this on the first 100 yds of both spinning setups, one a bobber float rig, other a lure chucker. Old line was the bright green and faded so bad I had a tough time seeing where my line was at so went with the orange in this brand. Twice out this early fall and REALLY like it. Casts very smooth, knots up like it should, and far as color retention that is something only time will tell, and that's the only reason I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5.

This Brand of fishing Line will be the only brand i use for fishing for the foreseeable future. Great Quality, love the colors, it lasts a super long time, It doesnt get brittle or break. and they have enough color options you can match your line to the water your fishing in.

I use swim baits when I bass fish so I naturally wanted some strong fishing line compared to big name company’s products beyond braid has them best it is abrasion resistant even at #80 pounds fishing line I cast smoothly it’s compatibility out performs bigger name brands very easy to use I can’t even see the line in the water it has awesome visibility with other name brand 80 pound text lines they’re line loops as I cast it beyond braid doesn’t take that form I cast out about 40 yards it’s like using p-line straight out of the reel no worries about it forming to the spool .

This braided fishing line feels strong and durable while still being thin enough for smooth casting. It spools easily, has very little stretch, and provides excellent sensitivity when detecting bites. The knot strength has been reliable, and it performs well in different fishing conditions. Great line for the price.

10lb my ass it’s way stronger then 10 I love it it best braid I’ve had I’ve had plenty of other braids but this is the best

only used a few time but was out the other night and got a snag the nought did not break but the wire crimp did so not bad going easy to cast with as well will buy again filled 2 multipliers with it and still some left for spinning reel so would say good value for what I paid for it and also see the band around now so can complain
