First thing I did was try it on my chain link fence, and the loud pop it made startled me lol. Anyways, I got this for my coworker who has been having trouble with a new goat they purchased a few months back that has been both stubborn to wrangle and aggressive towards the other animals. She was really appreciative and said it's been helpful with getting the goat more in line. She said after a couple uses, the goat recognizes the prod and disengages when it sees it. No idea how well it works on larger animals, but if you got an angry goat, then this might help.

Worked for a month and then stopped recharging. It worked very well at first. My goat buck respected it. Will be looking for a new cattle prod from a different company.

We live in a neighborhood/community but we're also practically in the woods. We have animals and unfortunately there's predators too.... The prod is perfect for is the farm herding too! Lightweight but durable and easy to use. Charges pretty quick, haven't tested the amount of "prods" yet😆

We had a poor experience with the first prod we bought from Outphorce, but the company has been responsive and indicates that they are working on improvements, as well as providing a replacement for the first purchase. On this basis I am upgrading my review at the moment.

This is really strong Electric Livestock Prod with 2 LED Lights! I strongly recommend this to be reliable BUT I wish the company who makes this will also make a RETRACTABLE version upgrade of this for easy travel and safekeeping I can easily put in my backpack!
