Proraso Shaving Foam - Sensitive

having had shaving rash on and off for 45 years (i am 64!) i decided to go for a shaving foam that was listed as being ideal for sensitive skin ... and i also went to a one blade razor, just like my dad! from the moment i used both ... smooth as the proverbial baby's bum. the foam is dense, rich and does not irritate at all ... and seems to soften the bristles easily. in addition i gotta say i think the packaging is cool .... and its looks good on the shelf. do not go for a cheaper brand, its a false economy. this is perfecto (that's perfect in english if you are struggling to translate). ;-)

I’m a big fan of the brand and this shaving foam doesn’t disappoint. It is great value as you only need to massage in a small amount of foam so it’s great value too.

I like the feel of this shaving foam although it does tend to dry slightly quicker than my usual Gillette sensitive ..only downside is the tin is getting a bit of rust on although it is wiped..slightly expensive but I would buy again as a treat

Probably back in the days of yore this was good and a review is all about ones skin type. This muck left my face stinging and dry, just like the cheapest shaving foam would. This however is the most expensive. Someone mentioned the luxury perfume smell = a faint smell of citrus. If thats luxury to you fair enough. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, my wife can use it in the shower to shave her legs about all it’s good for. The latest gels/foams from Nivea, Gillette et al are just way better for 30% less cost, they smell nicer too. Verdict: Stunningly expensive for bog standard foam. AVOID

Der Rasierschaum von Proraso überzeugt mit einer cremigen Konsistenz und einem angenehmen Hautgefühl. Besonders bei empfindlicher Haut wirkt er beruhigend und hilft dabei, Hautreizungen nach der Rasur zu reduzieren. Der Schaum lässt sich gut verteilen, weicht die Barthaare ordentlich auf und sorgt für eine saubere, angenehme Rasur. Auch der Duft ist dezent und angenehm frisch. Für mich definitiv ein sehr guter Rasierschaum und eine klare Empfehlung.
