Good memory supplement with other benefits
Good Memory Supplement. Huperzine A improves memory and cognitive function by increasing levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for learning and memory. Pill size is good. We take 2 times a week as more than that could have side effects. This is a great supplement. We have noticed a difference. Take for 6 months then a small break and we will go back to using it again after the break. Helps with aging.

I can't say my memory has improved because of huperzine, but it has improved since taking it. I will we reordering.

Excellent product
Don’t expect it to work immediately. But in time, I have personally noticed a difference. Taking too much also is not necessary because it will plateau or even have a reverse effect. I wouldn’t take more than 200 a day. Often I take with cognizin - Which to me is the perfect combo. This is a company that I trust and the actual extract and I can tell the difference between this and others that are not as reputable Been using this brand for years and I highly recommend!

I’ve been using this for a while. It didn’t really improve my focus as I had hoped, but it does help me feel a little calmer and less stressed. Might work differently for others, but for me, the effect was mild.

For lucid dreaming and astral projection
I bought this because I read Huperzine A in combination with choline supplement helps with achieving the state of mind required for astral projection. It works well. I have yet to astral project, but I'm getting close. I bet I have to take it regularly for longer.
