Excellent neck tightening
Dr Melaxin products never disappoint and this one is amazing. I am 65 and have tried expensive spa treatments and injections nothing has worked like this serum and the neck products from this brand. Highly recommend

some firming effect
As some other reviewers have mentioned, it is a bit hard to know how this is supposed to be working, and there are not ingredients or instructions in English included in the packaging. The tiny vials are very hard to open, and once open, there is no way to close them, and they don't even want to stand up without falling over. I was able to get several treatments on my neck from each vial, so having a way to close them would be nice. Having all the product in a normal small container with a lid would be even better. It isn't very much product for the money, so I would consider this quite expensive. I haven't tried it on my face, but my neck has not had any breakouts or irritation, and the product absorbs in quickly. All this said, I feel like my neck is a bit firmer. I still have my usual neck lines, but overall the skin seems firmer and a bit less loose. I've only used one vial so far, so I plan to take photos and try to see if there is a lasting different by the end of the package. There are many products out there, most of which have very exaggerated claims, and I find it unusual to have one that may actually do something. If it works for a person, of course the second question is whether the product has a lasting effect, or only creates its effect while being used, and I think these questions need months of use to come to a conclusion.

Just ok… ampule container seems more gimmicky
I am not sure if I think this is an immensely great help. I wish I would’ve taken a picture in the beginning, but I have tried to make specific notice every few days to see if I really see any difference. Overall I had been trying to take care and using some good moisturizing products with actives on my neck for the last couple of years. (I really wish I would’ve been more diligent on my neck with sunscreen. Always used it on my face, but would forget my neck when I was younger) It seemed like one day, all of a sudden, I noticed I was getting chicken neck. I just turned 60 and it seems more noticeable than ever… comparatively it may not look as bad as some. I do think this may have helped a bit, but I wouldn’t say I’ve seen miracles. I’ve used it less than a month so I’m giving it more time. The other thing I would say is the individual plastic ampules are very gimmicky and not necessary. I would just rather have the product in a small bottle with the dropper.

It seems to hydrate well, multi uses per vial.
There's hardly any English written on the packaging whatsoever, so it's hard to know that you're using these properly. That said, I still have been impressed with the results. I didn't find the vials very difficult to open - I just grab the tip with one hand and the vial with the other, and it makes a clean break in the plastic right at the thin part of the neck, leaving you with two pieces. Each vial gives me two to three applications, and the tip that you break off simply inverts and into the bottle to close it for next time. (See my pic) The products did not irritate my skin, and left it feeling very moisturized. When first applied it will be slightly tacky until it has set in. I also have been putting this on the backs of my hands and it seems to be helping them look less old. Other cream products layer well over top of this serum after it's set.

Results are noticeable, but seem temporary
OK this product, with very little English anywhere to be found and couple very sensational but dubious-sounding ingredients and claims, is shrouded in mystery so I did my best to find out WTF is even in here.First I googled ECM-5 which *may* be a product derived from Pollock (fish) that helps augment elastin in the skin. According to the product website, it is either a peptide or a mix of peptides that is patented by the brand. These two things are not necessarily mutually exclusive. On the brand's website I also found a full ingredients list, pasted at the end of this review. There are no directions or inserts in English, so just know that to open these ampoules, it's best to use a lightweight cloth over your hand so you don't accidentally scratch yourself when breaking the long cap backwards to open it.I got two uses out of each container--I used it at night then inverted the lid and jammed it into the bottle to save the rest for the morning. I used it on my neck, chest and face, and after a few days, I noticed a couple of small pimples on my face, so I think I will stick to just my neck and chest for the remaining tubes.I have unusually reactive skin, but still consider this a very minor response, and it's always possible it was a reaction to something else, since I have been flying across time zones and there's always stress involved in that.As for my neck, well, my neck is in pretty good shape considering I'm 55, and there's really only one telltale line that I have to work on, which I sometimes microneedle or massage a bit at home. With the serum, I really do think I notice a minimization of that wrinkle, at least for a few hours. But I'm not convinced that that is a durable change, which almost makes me liking it to matrixyl or some other similar topical that has a temporary tightening effect. But hey, that's something. I'm only 3 ampoules in but I have to admit these modest results are still more results than most products deliver on, especially given this landscape of outrageous over promising and exploitation. So it's five stars for the moment, and I'll reevaluate at the end of the course and update the rating if it seems warranted.Full ingredients:Water, Glycerin, Propanediol, Dipropylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Cellulose Gum, Hydroxyacetophenone, Glycereth-25 PCA Isostearate, Sea Water, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Citric Acid, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Fragrance, Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Elastin, Sodium Citrate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Dioscorea Japonica Root Extract, Hibiscus Esculentus Fruit Extract, Malva Sylvestris (Mallow) Extract, Alanine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Serine, Threonine, PCA, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Red 33 (CI 17200), Hydrogenated Lecithin, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Disodium EDTA, Copper Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-3, sh-Oligopeptide-1, sh-Oligopeptide-2, Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract, Tocopherol
