Hard silicon.
The ball has a hard plastic feel. Not so comfortable to juggle with for a beginner.

Trippy at night❣️
These are fantastic 😍 A bit larger than practice juggling balls though and they are hard. The material has a matte feel that does give them a bit more grip. They were too big for my younger son who is 8. The adults had a BALL with them though on the family camping trip! Let me tell you, once it is completely dark it trips you out...SO MUCH FUN!!!

Good
Fun to play with Bright colours, however some people might find it hard to puch the little button to turn it on and it is heavier then normal juggling balls.

Lights seem fragile
I've bought 6 so far. Only 2 work now. They look like they charge when I plug them in but the button doesn't turn them on. I like the colors and weight of them but these seem like they easily stop working.
