Actually pretty good for what it is
I'm trying to up my protein lately, but I can't have dairy products, soy or artificial sweeteners, so I'm kind of limited with protein powders. I got this specifically because it didn't have stevia or other gross fake sweeteners in it. This was my first time trying pea protein, and it's better than I expected based on many of the reviews. Yes, it's a little chalky, but I expected that. I wouldn't necessarily recommend just mixing with water, as it will likely taste very chalky. I've been blending with frozen bananas, oat milk, and chia seeds (and sometimes tossing in other fruit for more flavor), and it tastes pretty good. It blends well in my blender, and the sweetness of the fruit plus the sugar in the powder makes the resulting smoothie plenty sweet. I do taste the vanilla flavor, and while I'm not sure I love it, it's fine. Next time I'd probably opt for the unflavored version, and just add a dash of real vanilla extract to my smoothie if I want it. The pea protein hasn't caused any digestive issues for me, but I'm only using it 2-3 times a week at this point. I don't know if it's the addition of fruit as well, but the smoothies I make with this make me feel pretty full and could almost be meal substitutes. Given that protein powder in general is expensive, and it's even more difficult to find something with real sugar in it, I feel like this was a pretty good value for the money. I'll likely repurchase when I run out.

Great product
It is very easy to blend and a wonderful product just as advertised! Itโs a very acquired taste though- I make it into a protein coffee shake and add a little sugar and it makes it taste a bit better but no complaints bc of the amount of protein and also how clean of a product it is. (If you can tolerate whey Iโd recommend getting the vanilla whey version- it is the most delicious drink ever, I canโt tolerate the extra dairy anymore which is why I switched but regardless very grateful for such an easy way to get my protein in) I can look past the taste but fyi it is not extremely delicious I have to say BUT for what it is and all the benefits it is a wonderful product- I just have to remember Iโm drinking it for protein not as a dessert like the whey version was to me๐๐

Doesnt taste great, and no hint of vanilla
Doesn't tasted great. If you're looking for a protein powder to possible use alone with milk I would not recommend. To make it taste good you need to add sweeteners in addition to fruit which defeats the purpose in my opinion. Good thing about it is that its cheap, but would not purchase again due to taste. I'm using protein powders as a meal replacement and for post-workouts, the taste alone made me take a break which isn't ideal, so if you need something to keep you on track in your journey, this isn't the best choice. Since I still have it, I will try baking with it to see if that helps with the taste.

Not for the Faint Hearted Tourist!
Applied vanilla serving size into 8 OZ of water shaken slightly well in mason jar. Mild pea flavor undertone with salt along with vanilla. Mixes well in mason jar shaken quickly. Occasionally salt is added to enhance vanilla although prefer little salt. Very likely may purchase chocolate because vanilla is tolerable for hardcore committed protein junkies but not for the faint hearted tourist! Tried a mix with too much water far beyound the recommended serving size and so became faint hearted and so stay with portion control... Update: Just purchased chocolate flavor only because vanilla was not a liquid snickers bar experience! One may fortify with snickers bar but not unfortify... Update: The chocolate is devoid of sweet and tons of cocao powder and prominent salt is a mystery and so only blend with 8oz water and mixes very well... I only mix with water and abandoned all other other mixes. It will take a nutritional wizard alchemist to diminish the inherent flavor and this would likely give a witches brew of popularity... I like salted chocolate and raw cacao in hot milk with hint of sweet but that's just me... I give 3 stars because of mysterious propensity of salt and peas are devoid of salt but otherwise 5 stars being a hardcore protein junkie!

Tastes like mud and sand
May be a good product but tastes very powdery and weird when you take 2 scoops in 400ml water. I felt like I was drinking water with mud and sand. Didn't like the texture. It absolutely didn't have any taste of vanilla or coconut sugar
