As a senior, it's been immensely helpful and a breeze to use as it's self-propelled. Having replaced two, wringing mop buckets in a year, this was a much superior and economical option. In a large house with all tile floors, I can get them clean, and much cleaner in a shorter amount of time with a fraction of the effort. I've had no problems with it at all. Some people complain about streaking, but I haven't had a problem, perhaps because I also clean the pads after using it. I've had no problem with leakage or puddles under it and the steam production is very good. I consider it's size compact for storage- it stays put and doesn't fall over. It's my most helpful cleaning tool and was a great investment. I highly recommend it, especially for people who hate having to mop the floor as I do.
