Broke foot and Dr recommended this for shoes and to have support it worked . Still does .one thing even they included a material sole your foot sweats ( it’s weird) I think was the material of the sole .what I did is , I use the sneakers soles on top instead the one they send and it worked .Great 👍🏼

As advertised, these insoles are sized accurately, are lightweight, and provide reasonable stiffness to the sole of my tennis sneakers. While not comfortable for prolonged walks, they provided great relief when used under the insoles of my tennis sneakers, reducing toe flexing.

Bought for my wife, just one, she was having some foot pain and the dr recommended these. Wife felt like they really helped for a week or so, so im guessing her foot is better but she says she doesn't feel it in the shoe anymore like it doesn't have the same resistance as it had in the beginning

My podiatrist suggested I get these for turf toe. I put them in my oversized 11.5 wide Asics Evoride Speed (a shoe that runs small). They fit snug lengthwise. They are obviously not wide but I don’t think they need to be. They make the shoes a lot smaller so you will want a bigger shoe or one with lots of room for the toes. I got these shoes larger by chance. They’re tight on top now but with the inserts they no longer feel like size 11.5 more like a 10.5 or 11 which is my true size . Only ran a couple miles in them but they do keep the foot safe!!!! Not sure if this is true for other shoes but definitely consider an oversized shoe that would feel acceptable in big socks. I have no plans on using this particular setup for anything besides jogging as the fit is tight. It’s a miracle for my feet though!

Very Comfortable and fit inside my shoe well. Reduced my foot pain by a mile and was a great experience and is still in good condition

I got this innersole after I crushed my toe and was moving from a surgical shoe to a hard soled shoe. I got the innersole to minimize bending and while it does that it’s not the perfect solution. Because you have to size down slightly to be able to push the sole into your shoe, it will slide back slightly when you walk and allow a little more bend than expected. It still allowed me to transition from a surgical boot with a little care when walking so it was a plus still.The soles that come with it are kinda junky but you will need something between the carbon fiber and your foot or it gets uncomfortable quickly and is slippery.It will be tough to slide them into a sneaker but a little wiggling will get it in.Overall they did the job in getting me into a normal shoe.
