Very bright and seems to be well-made. Switches work well and it's not difficult to operate them while wearing the light. Motion-detection works well and would be very helpful when wearing gloves. Strap adjusts easily and is the most comfortable headlamp I've ever worn and I've owned several different types. The quality of the COB light is evenly distributed as one would expect--a big improvement over a single LED lamp. The spotlight feature works well too, and has good focus. The EVA zippered case includes a little loop for a small carabiner and is nicely made, and was an important selling point for me, as I noticed many other similar units don't have them. Other similar units offer different output colors, but I don't think I would use them much, especially considering their higher price. The strobe mode is dazzling and would be very helpful in an emergency situation if someone is searching for you--I think you would be seen from a long distance away. I am very pleased with these lights--I will keep one in each vehicle and one at home.

Ladies and gentlemen, scholars of illumination, and curious observers of modern gadgetry — allow me to present a most dazzling contraption: the EverBrite LED Rechargeable Headlamp (or something very much like it). Now, when I say these things are bright, I do not mean the polite glow of a bedside lamp or the gentle twinkle of a candle contemplating its existence. No — these lights blaze forth with the enthusiasm of a miniature sun that has decided, quite suddenly, to move into your forehead. They offer three different brightness modes, each seemingly designed to answer the age-old question: “How much daylight would you like to carry around with you at night?” But wait! The spectacle does not end there. These ingenious devices possess what can only be described as wizardry disguised as convenience — a motion-sensing hand-wave feature. Yes, you simply wave your hand before the lamp like a stage magician dismissing an assistant, and the light obediently switches on… or off. No fumbling. No buttons. Just the elegant flourish of your hand as though commanding photons themselves. Performance-wise, these brilliant little beacons are absolutely fantastic. They illuminate the world around you with heroic enthusiasm. The only minor drawback — and I say this with the seriousness of a man adjusting his monocle — is that their radiant glory lasts roughly an hour before requiring a recharge. But frankly, given the intensity with which they hurl light into the darkness, this seems less like a flaw and more like the natural consequence of temporarily harnessing a star. And as if all this were not enough, the creators had the decency to include a delightful little zip-up carrying case, which makes storing the device feel less like packing away a flashlight and more like safeguarding a precious scientific instrument. In conclusion: these things are magnificent. If you want one, buy one. If you want two, even better. They are, quite simply… brilliant. (Pun enthusiastically intended.) 💡

The light will Surprise you!! It is Super Bright!! Now if you’re looking for long distance lighting, like spot lighting, it’s not the light that you want! But if you want a Great light source for working on a project, then it is Great! Plus the hand free Off and On feature, works Great when your hands are dirty and you don’t have to reach up to turn it On/Off!!

I use this for automotive maintenance and repair. Holds up well despite being splashed with oil and water. Battery life is also great and lamp brightness is great. The auto on and off function is more gimmicky than useful. When enabled, having your head moving near something will end up turning it on and off. Bright light and shadows seems to also trigger it... thankfully it's deactivateable. The power on and off button being tied to the mode switch is poor design for quick off and on usage. Typically a press of the power button would turn on the light and repeated presses would cycle through the light options. If you have the light on for 10 seconds or so, the power button will then switch the device off immediately. The next press would reengage the last used option. I like this option, i just wish I didn't have to wait so long for it to work like that. 1-2 seconds would of been plenty of time. Unfortunately, holding the power button puts it in emergency panic flash mode... so that is unfortunately another missed opportunity as a "quick" off that wouldn't require cycling through all 4 light options.

I love this head lamp. It really lights up the area, with the strip across the forehead. The light on the side puts out a nice beam. It’s comfortable, and light weight. I like that it’s rechargeable, with USB cord. I do a lot of chores when it’s dark outside. This is, by far, my favorite headlamp. It’s not bulky. It doesn’t slide around on my head. This headlamp fits close to the head, so it doesn’t stick out and knocked around. It’s a very good value. It came in a set of two. I keep one at home, and one at work. I highly recommend this head lamp.

These are super bright & a great item to use on the boat when it’s still dark out. The pictures are from our ring camera before sunrise. Very comfortable also. My husband is very pleased with these.

The light itself works well. However this is designed, perhaps unintentionally, to be a disposable headlamp. It will not hold up to repeated use. The elastic straps connect to the light module via slits in the elastomer (or whatever material it is). And these slits are not reinforced. If you are not careful when adjusting or tugging on the adjustment buckles, these straps will 100% fail at that connection point. And once they break, you won’t be able to use it as a headlamp. The light will continue to work though. I wouldn’t buy these again for the fact that the straps do not have reinforcement at that crucial connection point. There are two, on either side of the headlamp. So you are even more susceptible to failure. I fully expect these to fail within a few months. Such a shame because for a few dollars more, these could have been designed to prevent that point of failure.

The product is supposed to work for 2.5 hours after full charging. It worked for about an hour for the first 2 days, and quickly came down to 1-2 minutes over the next few days.
