I love this product. It really does work to help my kids sleep longer. One boy in particular wakes up quite a bit and this helps him to get a good night's sleep in his bed! I will always keep this on hand! I also like that it isnt melatonin or other strong sleep aid. It feels like I am giving a supplement to just help them sleep better with no side effects! The taste has been satisfactory!

This is a staple in my home. One of my children does not produce even close to the amount of melatonin she needs due to medical conditions. Her sleep quality was poor so mine was as well. We brought this product to her pediatrician, who upon reviewing it, gave it 2 thumbs up! I’m grateful that this high quality product exists, and can help my little one get adequate and sublime rest. This stuff is so good for your kids if they struggle to go down for bed and it is safe. My daughter sometimes struggles to go to sleep at a decent time for school and we have to give her some to ensure she gets a restful nights sleep. This works so well but you have to make sure that you give it to them with enough time for them to get a full night's sleep. It is worth your money and my toddler does not mind the taste or smell. Definitely recommend it if your little struggles to go to sleep.

Taste could be improved but seems to work well for what Dr recommended it for.

I tried this so many times I’ve used a whole bottle, I wanted it to work since it’s an all natural sleep aid but I honestly do not notice a difference when I give this to my son, he still fights sleep and wakes up multiple times a night

Works like a charm! My son has been really trying his best to go to bed later and later every night. I'm talking like 10:30 or 11:00 at night! He no longer takes naps during the day and is over tired by bedtime. Put the recommended dose in his milk, and about an hour later he is out for the night! Makes me feel better knowing that there are clean ingredients in this!

Listen, I'm not one to just give my child medicine, he's gotta be on the verge of going to the hospital but I don't consider this medicine. We were sick a few weeks ago and the only way we both got any sleep was because of this product! Absolutely amazing! I feel like he slept so well and I did too! It's a great price and is easy to take with while traveling.
