Satisfied Customer
I was a little skeptical when purchasing this dryer. I purchased it to use at home. I could do roller sets on my hair versus staying late in the shop doing my hair. I could be comfortable at home. This dryer definitely surprise me it heats up quickly. It dries my hair quickly considering my hair is very thick and overall was a 100% satisfied purchase.

Great product
I’ve had this product for about 10 months now it has not given me any problems so I would say it’s a good purchase and it’s very durable. Please note that these pictures are after 10 months of use.

Feels like the salon in our house now
I mean I'm not sure I would go so far as to say salon quality, but salon feeling yes. It works well enough and gets the job done, but if this feels like salon quality when you try it out then maybe you need to look for a little nicer salon for your money. I'm satisfied enough with how it performs with accepting that it didn't cost what I would expect salon quality equipment of this nature should cost though.

Works great, rolls easily, and QUIET!
Great for curly hair! I typically let my curly hair dry naturally because it's too much hassle to use a diffuser, but that does mean that my curls don't set as well as I'd like. I really enjoy using this hooded dryer because I can relax and read a book while under the hood, unlike having my arms turn to jelly when holding up a diffuser for many long minutes.Operation is simple. Adjust to your height, and then adjust the tilt for your head. I recommend having someone else help you adjust the height for the chair you plan to use with this. Otherwise you will have to keep getting up and down to move the dryer stand until it's at the right height. I do tend to adjust the tilt about halfway through to focus on other areas of my hair. For example, I start with it facing more on my scalp and then tilt it to direct the air flow more to my shoulders, where I have my hair "plopped" to set the curls. There are three settings - cold, warm, and hot. I found all of the temperatures to be comfortable. Not too hot or cold. You also need to set a timer for auto shutoff, presumably for safety. It will default to 30 minutes. The noise level really is surprisingly quieter than most dryers. Granted it's nowhere near silent and I still wear earplugs for safety, but it's really tolerable. Reminds me of the white noise of my tabletop ice maker. The wheels roll very easily so I have no trouble sliding this on my tile floors. It does take up space but if you lower it all the way, you can probably tuck it into a closet. I just push mine by a floor lamp in my den and it kind of blends in.Setup was ok. The instructions are not very good, though the vendor does have detailed instructions for contacting them for setup help. The arms/spokes that attach to the wheels and base were very counterintuitive to set up. You literally put the arm at an angle to the base, then press down REALLY hard to snap it in. If it's not aligned just right, the pressure will break the plastic. I got the first 4 installed but on the last one I guess I missed something because the plastic cracked. I still got the arm to attach and eventually and the crack has not impeded use, but if I'd used a little more pressure I might have ruined the arm entirely. So be very careful! I wish the vendor included an extra arm in case one snaps during installation.
