I would NOT recommend purchasing this brand if you don't want to have to rig-it-up before your first use!I did not read a single review before purchasing...After my order was shipped, I did read the reviews and was pretty upset at what I found....Once I pulled it out of the box, I gave the top hook a good tug and right away the metal that holds the top hangar portion bent and snapped out.I used some pliers and bent it back and around. Then reinforced each side with a ziptie (see photo).After doing that, I feel confident it will hold.I was a bit surprised it can only hold 4 rolls of wrapping paper per side (but not if they are all thick, full tubes of paper!)...Aside from the hanging mechanism, this is a huge help in organizing our front hall closet.

I was very excited to find this item. When it arrived, my excitement quickly became disappointment. The "hangar" part is not strong enough to take the weight when loaded with wrapping paper rolls. It pulled apart. To boot, I cut my finger trying to squeeze it back together. So essentially, I gave blood for an item that doesn't work. Returned.

i bought it to organize my wrapping paper supplies as it's advertised for. I could not put my longer rolls in it, but that was not the worse thing. As I proceeded to separate my supplies I had it on the bed as I loaded it. When I hung it up in the closet the handle broke off. I am not about to return it for what it cost me so I rigged it with a sturdy hanger for now. I guess you get what you pay for. But as I was doing all this I realized I do not need all this stuff so I think I will donate it all and just get wrapping paper or a gift bag as it becomes necessary. Live and learn i guess. It did not give a weight limit.

Great storage idea for wrapping supplies. I keep this in my walk in storage closet for accessibility when I need to wrap/bag a gift! I bought this one for all occasion wrapping and I bought the bigger green zip-up tote one for Christmas wrapping and we put that away with all the Christmas decor. Nice to be able to keep it all together and organized!

Pro: The design of this product allows for a good amount gift wrap storage. All my gift wrap, bags, and bows fit.Con: This product broke from the clip on the hanger same day I filled it (and mind you, the organizer is not even close to being over filled).I’m super disappointed by the quality of the hanger clip! If I didn’t like the design of the organizer so much I’d return it. For now, I’m going to try to remedy the issue by attaching mountain climbing clip and hanging it by that. Ugh!!!

Smaller than I thought it be. Mine did not come with a curved hanger so I am not sure how I am going to hang it as intended/shown in the photos. The front compartments are difficult to get items in/out since there is a just a central slit opening. The back compartments are larger with larger openings and hold gift bags nicely.

Everything I’ve ordered by Elf Store has been perfect, and this is no exception. This holds a ton of stuff, and the hanger is strong even when it’s weighed down by all the paper, wraps, and ribbon.

Was very excited to get this wrapping paper storage holder. I unwrapped it, lots of pockets. Hung it up and it broke off hanger within minutes. So bummed. With a few tools, I did managed to make it work but connection to hanger is bent up now. This is for an auction so I hope it holds up.
