Good product and sound

I purchased the boAt Airdopes Atom 81 Pro (Obsidian Noir) on 13th May, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.The left earbud was faulty and did not work right out of the box. I initially tried to return the product, but no one came to pick it up despite repeated attempts.Later, I submitted it to the service center, and a replacement was issued. However, the replacement was never delivered. Here's what happened:First attempt: Status showed "address incomplete" – even though the same address worked for the original delivery.Second attempt: Courier update said "call unable to get connected" – but I received no call at all.Third update: Said I would have to "pick up from the warehouse" – which was never communicated to me directly.And now, the latest update says the product is being returned back.This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional. Poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. I expected better from boAt.Not recommended.

Likes:a. Very quick to connect/disconnect, when you take it out/(put it back) into the caseb. Voice quality is excellent. I took a call, while riding a bike (under a helmet). Caller was able to hear me with some background noise. In less noisy environments, the caller is able to hear me clearly.c. Sound quality crystal clear, even when 15m away from phone. I can hear the caller/music loud and clear.d. fits my ear and is very comfortable to wear. Does not fall out.Dislikes:A. The product is very smooth and small, keeps slipping out of my hands when I handle itB. When new, there is a small strip of plastic at the end of the earbuds (where it connects to the charger when you put it into the case). The strip is invisible. The earphones don't charge, don't disconnect (from phone) etc till your remove that little plastic strip. I found out about it from a random forum. Was planning to return! Once you remove the stip it works perfectly. I have highlighted the location of the stip in the photo uploaded. Kindly be sure to remove the strip after purchase.
