The best eyeliner at this range.
Love the pigmentation of the eyeliner. Does not smudge and has a matte texture. Long lasting too. I applied once and wash it off after 10 hours. Dries off quickly too. The best of all the eyeliners I have tried. The brush is little hard but still very good eyeliner at this price.
