Can I replace the burrs?

Due to the design and fit of the product, the burrs in our grinders cannot be replaced individually.

Can I grind items other than coffee beans?

Our grinder is specifically designed for grinding coffee beans. To preserve the flavor of your coffee, we do not recommend using it to grind other items with strong or distinct odors.

How often should I clean it?

It is strictly prohibited to clean with water. After each use, you can simply clean it with an air blower and a brush. Every 2 to 4 weeks, disassemble and thoroughly clean the interior. Please refer to the user manual on the official website.
