Womier SK75 75% Keyboard Full Aluminum Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

I've been using this keyboard as my primary keyboard for few months now after buying/customizing several other keyboards prior to this (including some other womier keyboards), and I am a big fan. - I didn't love the original keycaps, in part because the legends were very low contrast and hard to read, but that was okay with me since I was already buying this with the intent of adding my own keycaps (the GMK DMG set). The stock keycaps felt nice enough and seemed of decent quality, but I just haven't used them so they don't really factor into my rating much. - The RGB is very nice, especially with the stock switches that have little plastic diffusers that make the RGB more of a soft glow. It has all the different modes you'd expect, nothing missing there as far as I'm concerned. You won't see it in my photo since the brightness is turned down quite a bit, but at the max brightness this thing is BRIGHT. First time i've ever turned the RGB down on a keyboard tbqh. - The fact that this works with VIA is very nice. I've set up my own function layers, and conveniently, when holding down a fn/layer key, this keyboard will light up the RGB behind meta keys (i.e. things like changing keyboard settings, rgb brightness, media keys, and so on) for you to make them easier to find! I've never used a keyboard/firmware that did this before, so props to them for this addition. - I previously have not been too much into linear switches, but the ones that came with this board are great. I expected to swap them out at some point and just haven't done it because I actually really like these, and the sound and feel are great. I can't compare them to many other linears (because i've been largely a tactile person) but these are good enough to sell me on using linear more than I have in the past. - The case feels great, has a nice weight to it, is very solid, and is shaped nicely. I prefer it frankly to my keychron Q1, which was my daily driver before this one. - Overall sound is great, to my ears. I'm not exactly a connoisseur of typing sound or anything, and I think people get really weird about this who are super deep into the hobby, but I have to admit this thing does sound quite nice in my own experience. I can certainly hear a positive difference between this and some of the less nice keyboards I have. I would put it in the same tier as the Cidoo ABM-066, my alice layout board, which also has a very nice deep poppy sound to it. - The stabilizers also feel great on this and aren't as scratchy sounding as the ones that came with my keychron. Basically I feel like this thing more or less improves on the keychron I was using before, at half the price. I wish there was a knob option, that's all. I also do wish I could use customized QMK on this; i did enjoy customizing my own firmware for the keychron board I have, but what it comes with works better out of the box for me than the Q1's did.

Did not face any issues with faulty / dead keys! Made the switch from a Logitech G123 Prodigy mechanical keyboard (no complaints about it, got this Womier for a change of pace and because it's super cute)! As you could see from the attached image, it's a massive size down since I am effectively shaving off a number pad + some other keys. I was concerned about having less keys, but I don't do any data entry that would 'necessitate' a number pad to make things like that easier. The games I play don't really use the numpad keys either, and I haven't had any issues with input delay or anything (using it wired at least). I haven't had much trouble adjusting except for the occasional misclick of random keys here and there, but I would attribute it to something like a growing pain than as an issue with the keyboard. I can deal with it seeing how much space it saves on my computer desk. This Womier is also so, so, so cute! The beige colorset is reminiscent of milky white chocolate, and it's pretty easy to work brown into the themes I like which just adds to the appeal of this design (candy sweet colors, matcha green, coffee, things like that). The RGB is bright, and adjusting it is pretty easy since you just need to connect the keyboard to an online configuration thing. In that configuration, you can adjust the lights (brightness, color, light effect patterns, the speed those patterns go at) and button mapping which is really nice. It also sounds really good in person. I would akin it to the sound of.. popping bubblewrap? Sound tests online make it sound a lot louder since they bring a sensitive mic up close, but I would akin it to a regular mechanical keyboard in terms of volume. It also sounds 'deeper' than the usual lighter-pitched clacking of a mechanical keyboard, as if the sound had more body (if that makes sense). I will note that, because of the metal casing, it is pretty heavy! It's much heavier than it looks, which I don't mind since this is purely for my desk set-up but I would take that into account if you want to travel with a keyboard like this. The magnetic case also makes it really easy to access the inside of the board, and it's strong so I'm not worried about it mistakenly slipping off even in some accident where it flies off my desk for some reason. Overall super happy with this! Love that it saves space on my desk, love how it sounds, and am excited for how this will match with this new desk set-up I'm working on. Well worth the splurge as someone who's not super duper into fancy customizable keyboards, but as someone wanted something cute and nice with a good sound to it out of the box!

I originally purchased this keyboard in the blue variant, and at the time, I was less than impressed with the slightly clacky stock sound, having expected that it would be a thockier board. I modded it to the point where the acoustics were more in line with how I wanted it to sound, but since it wasn't perfect and kind of annoyed me to use, I put it on display and left it alone for a while. Well, time changes everything, and preferences come and go, so I took this off its display stand and decided to revisit it before possibly selling it off. To my surprise, I was absolutely in love with the sound! I loved it so much that I decided I needed it in the milk white variant and snapped it up on sale. For anyone wants a thocky board, it is achievable with the right switches, but it may still sound a bit higher pitched than something like, say, a Bridge75. It has a lot of foam inside, which you can take out and put back to your heart's content because the ball-catch case makes opening and modding this thing a dream. I actually overstuffed it initially, and that was the only time I lamented having this kind of easy-open case, since it made it almost impossible to get everything back together again - things just kept popping back open again. The blue variant is an absolutely gorgeous, peacock-type, teal-y blue. It's got an almost lit-from-within quality because although it's on the darker side of the spectrum, the anodization has kind of a velvety glow. It's hard to describe, but in person, you can't help but want to run your fingers over the case, which is smooth and well-machined. The milky white variant is spray coated and not nearly as smooth as the anodization of the blue, but it's also not as rough as something like an Elecfox Inky75 (though I love that keyboard, regardless of the rough case). I absolutely LOVE that this keyboard has a place to store the usb dongle directly on the board. While I love the Rainy75, Inky75, Bridge75, and SK75, not a single one of them thought to include someplace to store the dongle, and so they all have to live separately, and I have to pray that I don't lose one. Also love that this is VIA-compatible, so that I can reprogram some of the keys to execute macros. Aside from not having a toggle switch to change the connection type, it's basically a perfect board. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I've essentially purchased this board THREE times, as I just picked up a PMO Wave75 keyboard, which is the international variant of the RD75 (but they offered it in "cuter" colors like pink and lavender). If that's not an endorsement of how much I love this keyboard, I don't know what is!

First of all, I want to say that I am still new in the keyboard game, but I did use this keyboard for about a month and I just have to say that I loved this keyboard despite deciding to return it. First thing first, this is a hefty board and you can feel that full aluminum chassis. It also looks and feels amazing. I cannot talk about too much about the sound because I am not a fan of the "clacky" and "thocky" sound. I know that is a sin, but I don't like making too much noise. I really gravitated to this keyboard for it ease of mod-ability and it is probably the best one because everything comes apart so easy, even the magnetic-pin PCB. The layout was really good and at this size, its probably the best for those who want to be a minimalist with a splash design. Stock-wise, everything feels really good and premium especially at this price-point and even if you decide to never mod it, most would not feel disappointed. The connection through the USB dongle was really good and never experienced disconnecting. Now with the negatives, and the reasons why I chose to return it. The RGB placement on some of the keys were faced in different orientations that the light would come through as bright if using shine through keycaps. I understand that these are south facing RGB and are limited to Side-Printed keycaps, but I bought a few sets but the inconsistency of all the keycaps always bothered me. The RGB in general is really good despite not being so bright. In addition, I did not see the difference between the two gasket mounts as they both felt stiff so it could be tiresome for some users. The thing that drew me to return it is replacing the switches. It could have been with my board in particular, but I had a bit of trouble putting in new ones compared to another keyboard that I ultimately settled with. For reference, I used Bluish Whites by TTC which are silent tactile switches, but I had trouble putting some of these in with the assistance of a switch puller to push in the pin to slide in. Despite me returning the RD75, I would still recommend this keyboard because it has so much right going for it. The colors available look amazing, it feels really good and its easy to mod if you decide to do change out the foam and other layers.

I've tried quite a few mechanical keyboards the past few years. I want a premium build, with an aluminum housing. I absolutely require VIA support out of the box as I run Linux on almost everything. I want the nicest "thock" I can find. This keyboard gets me as close to all of those as I've found so far and at a very reasonable price. It's not quite as thocky sounding as I would like, to be perfectly picky. But, it's an upper tier kind of clacky sound. Swapping out the included switches with some nice tactile options will improve that greatly. I'm not interested in elaborate Hippyo Tech mods but I'm sure something could be done to give it the ideal sound. I will say, some of the plastic housing keyboards I've tried (Aula F87/F99) sound significantly better in stock form but I want the premium look and feel of aluminum. RGB colors are fantastic and offer endless options and very bright with the included switches that have a big lens/diffuser on them. With alternate switches, the brightness goes down some but still totally acceptable. I love this keyboard and you probably will, too! For those who don't know, VIA is an open source keyboard customizing software that allows you to customize all of the keys for both layout and special functions. And, it can run right in your browser (usevia.app) so you don't have to download and install anything on your computer. No spyware or bloatware. Just the software you need and then it gets completely out of your way.

I purchased this keyboard after watching some YouTube reviews touting it as one of the best 75% keyboards of 2024. I do not game, so I bought this for typing only. I am returning it because it has two major flaws: 1. The typing experience is miserable. It randomly produces a string of repeating letters, spaces, backspaces, and enters (see attached image of a test transcription of The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe). It also randomly fails to recognize keystrokes. I have no idea what is causing it, but when I switched back to my old Corsair K70 LUX, I didn't have any of these issues. 2. The wireless connection is unstable. I tried switching to 2.4 GHz to see if the wired connection was causing the strings of repeating letters. First, removing the "caps lock" key to access the wireless on/off switch is incredibly annoying (this alone would be a deal-breaker if I intended to use primarily as a wireless keyboard). Second, once connected to 2.4 GHz (you have to press Fn+4 to establish the connection), it dropped out after less than a minute and would not reconnect. Eventually, after turning wireless on/off, unplugging and reinserting the dongle, and trying Fn+4 a few times, I got it to reconnect again - only to have the connection drop in minutes. Then I could not get it to reconnect and stopped trying. Assuming it did not have these two major flaws, I would still be on the fence about it because the typing experience isn't satisfying. Perhaps my preference is not for linear switches (my current keyboard has Cherry Browns), but it just wasn't satisfying to type on. I would probably try a different keyboard with different switches before I spent $50 on different switches to swap out. In conclusion, this didn't live up to the hype for me. I will continue searching for a more reliable and better feeling keyboard.

Upgraded from an RK61 to this model, and I'll never go back to a plastic case again. The build quality as a result of the CNC Aluminum gives a healthy degree of sturdiness but I do not consider this a keyboard one can carry with them, it's a little on the heavy side. Regardless, it only takes an extra ~half inch on my desk compared to a 60% keyboard, so economy of space is filled nicely. Will be switching out the keycaps but the ones built in are quite good, just not my style. The POM Gold Switches are almost worth buying the keyboard for by itself, it has a very creamy sound profile and its dimensions make work and play both comfortable and natural of a feeling. Pretty much a plug and play model, though having quick access to VIA is always a plus.

From the photos and the reviews I was excited to get this keyboard. My keycaps are gundam themed and the design of the keyboard case looked like panel lines. The reviews were very positive. When I got the keyboard, the design wasn’t what I expected. It didn’t look as clean in person as it did in the photos. The aluminum case was painted white and kinda made the design or panel lining look puffy. (I should’ve taken pics) Also, the knob was plastic and it didn’t sound as good as my leobog hi75. The knob sound matters to me and I like the aesthetic of the knob. You can replace the knob with the home key if the knob isn’t your thing. I ended up returning it because it wasn’t what I expected and wanted something I could install my silent switches and keycaps from my wired keyboard. However, for a first time aluminum keyboard the quality was pretty good, the keyboard was heavier than my wired keyboard. I prefer heavy and this thing was heavy. The typing experience was pretty good, the switches had some resistance going down, which I prefer. The noise level was kinda loud. It was clacky. Definitely a tape mod and another layer of foam would help dampen the sound for sure. But if you’re planning on taking this keyboard into the office you better let everyone know you got a clacky board. Or switch to silent switches. TL:DR 3 stars overall, I would recommend for a first aluminum keyboard if it’s at 55.99. The design didn’t look as good in person. Clacky sound, needs mods to make it more creamy or change the switches.

Excelente teclado, no necesita modificaciones. Usuarios de español no tendran problema si saben que hace cada tecla y es cuestion de acostumbrarse, o le pueden comprar teclas para español y modificarlo sin problema. excelente para programar. El sonido es una delicia. La sensacion es mejor que cualquier teclado de gama alta que se venden por 5x el precio de este teclado. La construccion de la carcasa de aluminio es premium.

Compré este teclado ya hace varios meses y la verdad es que es una maravilla, sumado a que su PCB tiene compatibilidad con el formato ISO, lo hace bastante modificable, solo se debe agregar un plate en esa distribución y listo, en mi caso, adquirí la versión en negro y lo modifiqué (adjunto fotos). Definitivamente es uno de los mejores teclados que se pueden encontrar hoy en día, definitivamente estoy bastante conforme con el no me ha fallado para nada y la batería le ha durado desde el día de la compra hasta hoy (3 meses aproximadamente)

Lo primero que sientes cuando lo tienes en las manos es que es bastante pesado aunque estéticamente es bellísimo, el sonido de las teclas es incomparable, la conexión con la computadora es súper fácil, no así cambiar la configuración o agregar algunas teclas como: <, > y la @; ya que todo eso se tiene que hacer con una aplicación web de nombre VIA, esta aplicación no es nada intuitiva y me tardé, más o menos, 3 horas en aprender a usar la aplicación, aunque una vez que entiendes como usarla, créeme que puedes hacer maravillas con el teclado. Este es mi segundo teclado custom y la verdad es que quedé muy satisfecho, aunque como es muy pesado, recomiendo tenerlo en un solo lugar ya que si lo andas trayendo a todos lados pude ser que te canses

El sonido de este teclado es exquisito, el tacto también. Es pesado, y al estar hecho de aluminio, se siente premium. Además de que el ser inalámbrico le da un plus. Al abrir la caja incluso venía con un aromatizante, por lo que fue una gran experiencia abrirlo.

El sonido es relativamente clacky bastante marbly. La construction es solida y se siente bastante pesado pero de manera satisfactoria. Al igual que un comentario anterior quise utilizar VIA ya que soy hablante español y necesito utilizar la Ñ así como acentos y hasta ahora no he podido resolver dicho problema eficientemente. Aún así muy contento con la estética y sonido
