Great IEM
Awesome IEM for the price. If you are new to the hobby and if you have the cash, I recommend this as your first IEM. It has a neutral tuning with added warmth. Do not expect great technicality and detail retrieval. This is an IEM for relaxing and enjoying the music without analyzing. Because it has no upper mid and treble peaks, you can increase the volume higher than other IEMS. Good for electronic music and decent all rounder. Not a basshead IEM, and small shell so great for small ears.

Probably Smoothest, Warmest IEM You’ll Find
My Favorite set up. Nice Warm/Dark sound. Still clear in highs. May seem smoother than most IEMs. I love the wire, I feel it’s high quality. Comes with so many tip options. Beautiful looking IEM.

My only complaints aren't about the sound
Sounds good, definitly great for the price. Cord is short but sturdy and well behaved. My only issue is the lack of a filter to guard against dust and earwax. I use ear tips that have filters, but if your ears are really sensitive then ear tips can really change the sound.

Great for Rock
These are my favorite IEMs for rock music. Fantastic low end for bass guitars and drums, vocals feel close and personal, and a surprisingly wide soundstage. Treble is a little lagging on the tune and can probably use a boost with a eq but I haven’t gotten around to it. I love the cable feel and comfort of the IEMs in the ear, and the case is a nice touch. I will buy more from this brand in the future, looking at the performer series. I am using spinfit w1 tips, they fit perfectly and don’t come off easily.

Way better looking in person. And way better sounding than I expected.
I did not think I was going to like these at all. So I didn't purchase them even though everyone was ranting and raving about em. When they came out. On prime day they hit a price where I was like let me give em a shot. They sound different than anything else in my collection and can play anything in your library. They fit perfectly. And pictures do not do these Justice I love the way they look in real life and didn't think anything of them when I saw em in videos and pictures. They're not the end all be all in clarity but they do scale well with volume. Their quality built and a great addition to my collection. Between the tips the cable and the case I didn't even have to swap anything. It was a complete package that came with everything that I needed. I rarely have that happen. I'm always usually either getting another cable or different tips. And it might be my favorite case that I have beside my Timeless IIs cuz the case looks just like the IEM and I think that's awesome. But I digress. Aful is not awful nor a fool. Even though I'm pretty sure the name is pronounced one of those ways. They're definitely an IEM company that is a force to be reckoned with.

Best iem under $200ish for Metal!
This is a great louder listen set due to the relaxed pinna gain and treble. It does require a bit of power to sound its best, but something like a moondrop dawn pro or btr15 will be more than enough. The soundstage is intimate, yet holographic with very good imaging making it a good choice for gaming. The bass might get in the way for games like Apex, but you can just eq it down a bit if it bothers you. This takes the cake over the Performer 5 IMO, but it’s also a different tuning. I found penon orange liqueur eartips to work very well with this set, but something like spinfit w1 or azla tips (light, og, max, vivid) should work great too. Included eartips are ok, but you will get one from a good pair of aftermarket tips. The stock cable is very nice as well as the small case it comes with. The fit is very comfortable due to its ventilation system and small size. For $120 the value is a no brainer if you are treble sensitive or want a bassy smooth set that you can crank the volume on. Works great with EDM, rock, metal, rap/hiphop, jazz.

Good IEMs
They are nice and comfortable/good size. I bought these as an upgrade to my AirPod Pros, and these sound a bit better, more open and bassy.

Super laid-back tuning for all-day listening and bass lovers
Genius tuning. The scoop that these have in the 2-5 kHz range make them less fatiguing that some other IEMs without sacrificing much detail or shimmer. They roll off significantly after 15 kHz but honestly, I don't miss that frequency range after using these for a few days. I have the Performer 5+2 as well, and honestly I prefer the Explorer for a lot of music after doing some A/B comparisons. They have more midrange presence while still retaining instrument separation and soundstage. The only thing I would recommend is boosting the 2 kHz and 4 kHz bands by 3 dB for listening to Japanese female vocals. That is the one weakness of the Odyssey. I don't listen to that stuff much but when I did try it on the Odyssey, Hikaru Utada's voice lacked emotional weight. Boosting 2k and 4k brought it back. Other than that, the tuning is basically perfect for enjoying music without ear fatigue.
