Good build quality. Poor service
You may see the questions and answers state that this comes with an 80+ psu that will have a 6pin pcie power cable. (For a decent graphics card) However this was not the case. Infact i got some off brand Chinese crap that doesn't even have a power toggle switch. It only had one spare sata cable power cable and one spare fan connector. Contacting support they provided a lackluster response. They said the pc comes like this and is intended for low end graphics cards. To use a sata cable converter. This won't fly because there's not two data cables. i complained that wouldnt work and about the cost of buying and rewiring the PSU to support the graphics card i already have and also replied with a screenshot of the seller saying it has a 6pin. Since then they have not replied. And i am considering returning this PC as i am very unhappy with the response.Outside of this interaction i have looked it over in great detail and it was put together very well. Everything else is as advertised. If you are looking for a low end pc To put a low end low power card into. This will do just fine. If you want to use anything decent like a gtx 1060 or anything above that. Choose another seller as these guys cheaped out on one of the most important components for a gamer and don't mind ignoring you if you call them out on itUpdate 24th: seller reached out to apologise and offered shipping the missing item.

Good for what I needed it for
Purchased as a gift for my kids birthday as needed a working pc since the ryzen 1600x build I had planned to gift ended up with a bad motherboard a few days before his birthday although I wasn't aware that the mobo was the problem until now.I planned to stick a second hand gtx 1060 in this as the integrated graphics although the best all in one cpu and graphics you can buy, would still struggle to play the latest titles.The power supply in this system was very cheap and lightweight and on top of this it didn't have a pci cable. Luckily I had a psu so I was able to install the graphics card and binned the psu that came with the computer (seriously this thing had no business being inside a gaming computer)The 8gb of ddr4 2400mhz memory was in the form of a single 8gb stick which if you have any experience with ryzen cpus you will know that ryzen runs a lot better with fast dual channel ram so I stuck in 2x4gb 3000mhz and I saw an immediate increase in fps.The motherboard is the cheapest am4 mobo available but does the job nicely for simple upgrades and being am4 it will support higher end ryzen chips.I am pleased with the PC overall as I was aware before purchasing that I was buying a bare bones system that I planned to improve myself but I can only recommend this pc if you either plan to spend another chunk of cash on upgrades or just want to play quite simple games.It is still a relatively cheap way to get you on the pc gaming ladder.

Boots under 25 seconds - wow
Well it arrived a couple of days early so a great start.Third unit I have bought from Palicomp in last 6 years, mainly to keep up with Microsoft's bloatware demanding evermore resources.The case looks great, unit is almost silent, just a whisper in the background. (Shame that HDD not replaced by SSD as standard by all retailers)But! As I did say to Palicomp case larger than stated in description.Easy to install my existing SSD and boot system, although issue with Vega graphics. This was quickly sorted by Palicomp support by advising to Upgrade or re-install using latest WIN 10.Hate to say it but hopefully last unit I need - depending on Microsoft :) :)

Great value for the price
Had the computer for about a month now and have found it to be fast and quiet. The PC I ordered did arrive damaged in transit but the customer service team were very helpful in getting it picked up, repaired and shipped back to me via priority delivery. They also offered me an extra years warranty for the inconvenience. No issues since it arrived back to me. I was a bit worried about buying a pc from Amazon but i'm glad I did as this computer is really good value for money. I would definitely recommend this company to other people based on my interactions with them so far. A+

Great value for money!
Great entry level PC for gaming, the Ryzen 3 CPU does a good job of moving it along so long as you're not looking to use the ultra settings on the latest games. A dedicated graphics card is something you can add at a later date once it's truly needed. The inclusion of a DVD drive is starting to become rarer in new entry level computers these days so having one is greatly appreciated. There are plenty of usb ports available here, an HDMI and VGA for monitor support. As it's designed as a gaming computer there is no WiFi card/dongle relying instead on the wired Lan port for internet connectivity.There are plenty of drive bays in this big tower for future expansion, the drive carrier plates are included, you simply clip them into place rather than them having to be screwed in.I used to assemble my own computers but given the price point this is offered at, just buying the components it's made from comes close to the final price, minus the hassle plus you get the benefit of a manufacturers warranty. This is far superior to a laptop, so if you are considering using a laptop for gaming, don't. Get this instead.

Pretty design, fast machine
We are very impressed in how quickly our computer came, it's quick,quite running, lovely design, well built and no issues. We have used it for only a couple of hours so far but this computer seems to be better than expected.The sales team is on the ball and we are very happy with our product but also the care from the team.

Definitely worth the money.
Well worth the money, great entry level gaming pc, really quick, I didn't expect much with the price but it's surprised me. Arrived earlier than expected too. Really happy with my purchase, would deffo recommend.
