Is this product UV treated and suitable for outside?

Hi. I have had mine outide for 2 years now they do fade a little but they are ok. However I would reccommend you trat the stem near the base because when it rain it gets wet and can rot. I have put mine in a clthes airer stake to stop them rotting. I also cover the flowers with a bag during the winter. I hope this helps. Good buy much cheaper than garden centre.
