Unacceptable condition: Severe transit shock and suffocating clay mud.
"Extremely disappointed with the condition of this plant upon arrival. The plant arrived in a state of severe transit shock—almost all leaves were completely dry, crispy, and dropped off instantly upon unboxing, leaving nothing but bare stems. Worse than the transit shock is the appalling choice of potting medium. The plant is potted in a dense, heavy block of clay mud that completely clogs the drainage holes. The moment water touches it, it dissolves into a thick sludge that seals the top of the pot like cement, completely suffocating the roots. A customer should not have to perform emergency soil aeration and root rescue just to keep a new delivery alive on day one. I paid for a healthy, viable plant, not a rehabilitation project. I am demanding an immediate replacement or a full refund."
