Arducam continues to deliever
Works straight out of the box. Paired up with Octoprint server and we're off. Arducam is the goat when it comes to these modules. There's ten million different projects these can be used in, but for my case I wanted it for my Ender 3. It has a wider base than my other printers so the camera module I had prior had too tight of an FOV to be mounted at the base and cover the entire print bed. Image is crisp and is a huge upgrade from where I was at.

Very functional and compatible USB camera.
I like that this little camera (ArduCam UC-A53, Rev.E) is very compatible with the hardware & OSes I had an opportunity to test so far (Windows 10 laptop, RBPiOS (aka Raspbian) RBPi, Ubuntu Core 24, Android (on my Samsung phone) and even on my Amazon Fire tablet.)I was disappointed that the camera was attached at an angle that is slightly off-square to the PCB, oh well. The camera does not include a case (which can be easily resolved by 3d printing one), but keep in mind that there's an onboard microphone (a super tiny little mic centered below the camera on the PCB) that you will need to account for -if you need audio. One of the big deals of ArduCam is that they are making many different cameras and lenses available to experimenters for quick development and use, but I haven't been able to remove (or adjust) the lens on the camera on this device. (If it is removable, at all.)
