My birds love it!
I use this to make birdseed mix for my parrots. I trust Bob's Red Mill and they always deliver. The product is fresh and seems to be great quality. I appreciate the resealable bags- it stays nice and fresh. My Budgies and Cockatiels love it!

GF low FODMAP grain
Wonderful gluten free grain from a trustworthy company that has separate facility for all their GF food so no risk of contamination. Mild grain that occasionally tastes faintly of vanilla. It is the safest grain for my ibs afflicted gut. Personally I could it twice as long to get it softer and always add a bit more water than suggested. The only issue is with the sellers on Amazon wanting 2 or more times what other places sell it. I wish Amazon sold it themselves as they used to for fair price!
