Easy set up. Slender machine. Hot and Cold both work great. No leakage at all!! We are happy and hydrated!

This item is exactly as described. A perfect replacement for a dead unit. The hot water comes out HOT, the cold water comes out really cold. It makes a very slight noise during some points of its heat/cool cycles, but is not annoying, even in the same room. It is designed for the newer 5 gallon bottles with the built it spill prevention which I do NOT prefer as the insert in the cooler designed to open the bottles spill presenter take up a lot of space in the cooler reservoir, and makes it hard to avoid spilling water when tipping in a new full (old fashioned) 5 gallon jug. I would really like it if this nuisance could be removed. Overall, this is a GREAT unit for the cost, and I would buy it again.

This is a hot and cold water dispenser. Think—hot drinks and cold drinks in a small space. You just flip a switch. It holds up to 5 gallon towers, it is super quiet, the water quality is according to what you purchase. Very functional. Looks great. Very easy to use. I have 1 at home and took 1 for my office. I now miss the one I had upstairs. Ready to buy another one for upstairs. Maybe also the garage.

The product arrived damaged during delivery, and I had already reported this to Amazon. They only offered a $10–$15 compensation at that time. Now the situation has become worse — the water is no longer cooling or heating. The product has completely stopped working, and it is not usable. This item is defective, and I would like a full refund. I am ready to return the product if required. Please let me know the next steps to process my refund. Thank you.

Very hot water and very cold water. Works great!

Everything looks good. It is up and running. Delivery and packaging was really well done. Startup instructions were also good. So far so good. Not loud at all. Very quiet. Very energy efficient also. Easy to use. Unfortunately my baby can use it also.

Overall, this is a pretty good product. Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were actually quite amusing, having been written by someone who is convinced that he knows the English language, but really not so much. The unit looks nice, no issues of leakage or anything else. It is not overly loud. The only gripe is that the cold water is just really not very cold. It is definitely not room temperature, but nobody would mistake it for icewater. It's pretty much just...OK. (The specs have all of the models at the same level, so maybe they are all the same.) I don't know how the hot water is, because I never use it, so I keep it off (and I specifically looked for a model that has controls to separately regulate hot and cold, knowing that I had no use for the hot water anyway). I gave it four stars because I can't point to anything wrong at all, but that one star would have been nice for zesty cold water.

This water dispenser is easy to load and use. It does make some low level noise when heating the water, so we turn off the hot water switch until we use it in the morning. It heats up quickly. It matches our other kitchen appliances Less costly than what our water service provider charges to rent a dispenser. Water flow and capacity are good.
