Quick delivery, excellent quality. I was replacing some previous plastic fittings probably 15 or 20 years old, discoloured and warped. The existing holes were marginally too large for these fittings so I needed to run a small amount of filler round the edges to stop "light leakage". That was a pre-existing problem, these fittings were exactly size described.Result is absolutely brilliant.

Plain-white painted metal with nice matt finish. Fits more flush than the ones they were replacing, but look the part. When I received this I was surprised to find it actually came with two plastic GU5.3 sockets-on-wires included in the box, making the set I bought with this redundant. The pivot is only on one axis and is quite stiff, so bear this in mind when mounting. For me this worked well, but if you need full 2-axis pivot, then this doesn't do that. The wide rim is useful if you make a bit of a hash of the hole in the plasterboard like I did.
