Q: Bulbs guitting. One worked other flikkered and the worked. After an hour quit working. Junk?

My bulbs worked with no problems. I already have been using this type bulb in my garage for several years with no problem. Now in my kitchen with no problem.

I did not remove the ballast and they worked fine.
