Good packaging
Excellent. I was concerned that the packaging would be too flimsy and the LED tube would arrive broken. It wasnt. The LED was packaged in a thick round cardboard tube which was then packaged in a strong triangular cardboard tube. It worked. Rotate the old tube by about 90 degrees then it slides down and out. Gently slide the LED tube up into the slot and rotate back through about 90 degrees.

Poor - not what it says it is.
Product description says it is a LED replacement for fluorescent tubes yet when it arrived there is a small label informing that it is not compatible with fluorescent fittings and is only a replacement for specific LED lights from Crompton. Return address not recognised by Royal Mail and costs similar to light. Very poor.

Quick and easy replacement
Very pleased with this plug and play solution to getting an old fitment up and running again quickly and at a reasonable price. It just works! A nice bright light and of course, cheap to run.

Got broken in transit - not the suppliers fault though.
The product Works well, but it was just unfortunate that one of them got smashed in transit on the first delivery. Contacting customer support was a bit long winded, as it had to be done via email. They sent a replacement 4 days later. The second one was fine - not broken 👍

The fluorescent starter was missing
The bulb was delivered in one piece. The "missing" starter is actually at one end of the bulb which I'd missed. Light fitted and working perfectly

Great light and seller
Works great, no flash flash light like the fluorescent tubes. Instant light and not a problem to install also comes with starter. Delivery was great and seller made sure was well packaged and never had to ask . 100% I would shop again without a doubt
