Vitamin B1 blocks the absorption of caffeine from further being absorbed by blocking the receptors in your brain, ultimately adenosine takes affect ( Adenosine looks similar to caffeine at the molecular level )500 mgs is strong, the only con is its metabolized in your small intestines which may take a while. If you haven’t eaten anything it will take affect much faster.
