It’s a great back pack !! We love it !!!

I have always used High Sierra for all my out door gear and it’s luckily been the same. The back pack itself is always exactly what you need and then some. The issue is always the hydration bladder. The tube starts to keep creases, the spout seems to start giving out after quite a few uses, and the connecting points start getting loose and start to leak. Happens quite often from what I hear but to be fair I use and abuse these product with constant uses so can be a bit of both. Either way you cannot go wrong with this ever.

The pack looks great, and I was excited to try it out on a hike this weekend. But it is way too big for a 5'2" woman. I pulled the straps as far as they would go, and they are still not small enough. There is a chest strap and a waist 'belt', as well as the shoulder straps. When I put on the pack and use the waist strap (fasten the buckle), the shoulder straps do not sit on my shoulders; they still have an inch of room above my shoulders, even though I shortened them as much as possible. The chest strap is also a bit too low, even though I put it at the highest setting. I think I need a youth size pack, or a pack that is specifically designed for a woman. I have to return this pack. It is too bad, because my previous High Sierra hydration pack (different model) fit fine, and I have used it for ~10yr, but the zippers are finally giving out and I needed to replace it.

LOVE THAT THIS HAS ROOM FOR THE LIQUID AND SPACE TO STORE STUFF. got this for a trip to Utah and this was amazing. Putting a freeze pack kept the water iceeeee cold for the whole 4 hours we were out there. Loved it had other spaces for things like sun block phones keys and even a spare set of clothes. I wish there were more colors but that’s not a deal breaker. Loved the clip in the front made the backpack feel like it wouldn’t move.

I love it when I don’t have to ask anyone for water when I can get it out of my backpack.

I was pleasantly surprised by this purchase. The pockets alone offer so much space for snacks, keys and other small items. There is a bungee on the front where you can put a rain jacket or layers that you remove. I removed and purchased another bladder, based on the reviews.

When I was running the strap fell off the backpack. I have been using it for a few weeks. I am dissapointed because overall the product is good.

Para la versión de 8L.Ojo:- La imagen mostrada es la versión de 16 litros. Las de 4L y 8L son diferentes. Recomiendo ver catálogo en la página oficial de High Sierra.En general va bien. Se siente cómoda y firme. La apariencia de los materiales es de buena calidad.La ocupo para ciclismo de montaña y puedo llevar sin problema la bolsa llena de agua, un celular, cartera, un multiherramienta, kit de parches y alguno que otro objeto pequeño.La he probado en salidas cortas. Falta probarla en condiciones más exigentes.Características:- 1 Compartimento principal para la bolsa de agua. Tiene 2 salidas, permite colocar la manguera ya sea al tirante izquierdo o derecho.- 2 Compartimentos grandes que llegan hasta el fondo.- 1 compartimento frontal, pequeño, con 2 bolsitas internas y un gancho para colgar llaves.- Incluye una bolsa para agua de 2L con tapón a rosca.- Correa a la altura del pecho para evitar que los tirantes se separen entre si.- Correa a la cintura para evitar que la mochila rebote o se separe de la espalda.- Hilo elástico en la parte de atrás para sujetar objetos.Detalles que me gustaron:- Tiene elementos reflectantes en varios puntos de la mochila.- La válvula tiene una tapa desmontable para protegerla de polvo.- La altura de la correa de pecho se puede ajustar.- La bolsa trae números impresos cada 0.5 litros para ver el nivel de agua.Lo que no me gustó:- Trae un sujetador de velcro para colgar la bolsa de agua que se siente algo débil, pero hasta ahora la ha sostenido sin problmas.- La tela en general es algo delgada.- Los compartimentos principales se prolongan hasta el fondo de la mochila, por lo que al introducir varios objetos todo se amontona en el fondo. No recomiendo cargar mucho volumen de objetos, pues me da la impresión de que se presiona de más a la bolsa.- Faltan más compartimentos internos para organizar objetos pequeños.- Traía algunos hilos sobrantes sueltos en las costuras, nada grave.- Inicialmente tenía un sabor a plástico el agua. Recomiendo lavarla un par de veces con jabón líquido y enjuagarla para eliminar el sabor.- Debido a que la foto y los tamaños de mochila no coinciden estuve a punto de comprar una más pequeña.

The pack itself is pretty nice, the claps are flimsy though, half of one broke off already. Also the front pocket goes all the way down for some reason, thought it would be a small pocket. Bladder felt flimsy and thin, tubing kinks easily, I've upgraded the bladder since and I recommend the FREEMOVE 3L
