It’s soft & true to size . I ordered a 3xl. Reminds me more of a soccer jersey than scrubs but oh well it has pockets it will do just fine 👍🏻Wish the color was more vibrant, it’s more of a faded color. Hopefully it doesn’t worsen after a bunch of washes
