As others have shared (on YouTube) it does make my hair oil up more rapidly than if I was using normal anti-dandruff shampoo meaning a daily wash is mandatory where before I could get away with every 2 days. But I do notice FAR less hairfall. The initial effects of minoxidil scared me a bit so I stopped that and switched to this shampoo along with a more varied diet and using multivitamin supplements. Together that does seem to have helped meaningfully. The oiliness side effect also meant I had to pay attention to how I clean my face and back (because in a shower it's hard to avoid it getting on those areas) - I now use a salicylic acid face cleanser followed up by a carefully chosen gel moisturiser. That also helped for other skin issues I've been having, as I had been using an oil based body moisturiser on my face before. For context I'm a caucasian male in my 30s and noticed a positive effect on the crown of my hair after about a month or two of use (along with a better diet). I think my follicles were still at a stage where regrowth in the same areas were possible. Your milage may vary.

I've used this shampoo before. I'm not really sure if it does what it says. But what hair I've got feels clean and not itchy.

I had heard about this item for a long time. I finally tried it recently, and I think I should have used it earlier. It’s really good for cleaning, and even after three days, my hair still smells nice.

After I got an allergy to hair products like hairspray I suffered from very bad dandruff episodes, itching of the scalp and rashes. I tried other shampoos like H&S and they worked mildly but took a long time to work and still suffered from these episodes now and then. Since the first use of Aloe in I noticed a great relief of my symptoms and after the second or third use were completely gone and, using it every other day have never come back. I live in Spain where this shampoo is not sold, but it's so good that it pays off ordering it all the way from Germany.

Da ich immer wieder leicht Schuppen bekomme, habe ich mich für das Alpecin Shampoo mit Doppelter Wirkung entschieden. Das war auch die richtige Entscheidung. Ich bekam nach einer Allergie gegen Penicillin total viele Schuppen und auch Haarausfall. Dank des Shampoos hab ich das wieder in den Griff bekommen.
