Do these support poe?

Yes! POE uses Spare pairs within any cat Ethernet cable.

Any idea where i can get the pin out diagram for this? Not getting any joy getting this working

I have two and am using it as a cheap way of connecting devices together for signals rather than network. My feeling was that it was a straight pin 1 to pin 8 output. You could use a multimeter to check - the pins in the socket are easy to access. It will take me a few days but I could dismantle one of my units to check if required. Steve
