Very Interesting
Seems like a good quality product. For me no nausea nor bloating. I believe it helps suppress appetite, but most noticeable when I first took one capsule was the blood returning to my fingers. My hands and finger warmed up for the first time since I can't remember. I will continue to take this for that reason alone.

Didn’t really see results after 30 day use.
Didn’t really see results after 30 day use.I took them before meals however sometimes I did take after. So I would try again using it the correct way everytime. Overall, when I did use correctly, I did not see and reduction in appetite, or any increase in energy. Easy to swallow, size is average capsule size and good value for the money.
