What type liquid soap am I suppose to use with this dispenser? I'm replacing one that "rusted through".

Hi! Thank you for the question. These units are designed to use only All Purpose liquid hand soap. Any type of soap with antibacterial in it will cause rusting. Hope this helps.

Does this used the soap refills in the plastic bags or do you have to pour in liquid soap directly from the bottle?

Here are the Manufacturer Refill Instructions: To fill dispenser, open filler-top by inserting BobKey (24-17) into slot of filler-top and then sliding latch to the left. Lift up filler-top.Fill dispenser. To Prevent corrosion, use only chloride-free pH-neutral liquid soaps.Close filler-top and relock by insertingBobKey into filler-top slot and sliding latch to the right. NOTE: Bobrick liquid soap dispensers are designed to dispense commercially marketed all-purpose hand soaps including liquid and lotion soaps, synthetic detergents, and antibacterial soaps containing PCMX and /or Triclosan.Bobrick soap dispensers are not designed to dispense alcohol-based hand sanitizers or iodine-based surgical soaps.Thank your so much for your interest in this product. is there supposed to be a wrench with kit? the parts list has a wrenchpsrt# 4112-41.

Mine did not come with the valve wrench just the Bob Key for opening the top. I found the wrench here http://www.airdelights.com/4112-41.html (about $15 after shipping). Also, I believe if you buy 4112-79 valve replacement kit, it comes with it.
