Very good at cleaning ear wax, I found ear wax like a nugget come out of my ears, very comfortable when in my ear I can hear very clearly now. It's effective does what it says on the box and very safe to use. Excellent value for money well worth buying it for your self. I would recommend anyone buying this product. 👍👍

This is not a magic fix but after a few days of softening wax it does help remove it. I found it gentle on the ears and the water collection cup makes it mess free.

Just purchased this for my ears and it's easier to use then the void shows. Not messy at all. One thing - you need to purchase a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide for this. You must add 3%. Didn't remember seeing that in the description but was in the directions.

This worked great. It does a great job, has different levels of spray pressure. I kind of wish the catch basin was white so you could actually see the results other than having to look in the ear.
