Diese handgefertigten und umweltfreundlichen Fair Trade Fotoalben aus Sari-Stoff werden in einem kleinen Familienbetrieb im indischen Rajasthan hergestellt. Die in Stoff gebundenen Fotoalben enthalten 30 Seiten Khadda-Papier. Die Seiten sind durch Seidenpapier voneinander getrennt und bieten Platz für bis zu 120 Fotos. Khadda entsteht aus recycelter Baumwolle, die als Restprodukt der riesigen Bekleidungsindustrie Indiens anfällt. Dieses Papier ist handgefertigt und enthält keine Chemikalien. Da wir nur ungebleichte Baumwolle verwenden, ist es zudem säurefrei. Es wird im ländlichen Rajasthan von einer Hilfsorganisation hergestellt, die die Ausbildung von Frauen und deren soziale Stellung im Dorfleben unterstützt. Das Papier kann Teile von Blütenblättern enthalten oder nicht ganz reinweiß sein. Jedes Blatt ist wunderschön und hat eine leichte Textur, ist aber dennoch sehr gut beschreibbar.
