I take collagen nearly every day and this product is my go-to. I mainly use collagen for the protein boost, but the added benefit of what it does to help improve my skin is incredible. I can definitely see a difference in my skin when I have skipped it for a few days. I add this into my coffee in the morning and it blends in like a dream. You honestly cannot taste it and there is no grainy, chalky texture.

Good value and the disolvability is excellent. It's a good supplement they all say flavorless that just means it doesn't have an added flavor,but it still has a " taste" And I've definitely tasted worse brands,however compared to my last container of bovine type II & IIII, this requires an additional scoop to get the same dosage, I believe this makes for a mild cow hoof forward flavor With a clear yellow color. I wouldn't want to ruin any beverage with it so I just drink it like a shot it's mild. For convenience I pour the water amount I used per two scoops into a small glass from a larger batch I make ahead and store in the fridge and chuck it back like a double shot, Cheers to the benefits.

I've used an expensive, name brand collagen for years but decided to give this one a try and could not believe the difference in results. This collagen is incredible!!! I love everything about it and especially the quality for the price. I mix it right into my coffee in the morning and it tastes great. I have all the same results of the expensive brand plus my nails grew so fast and my hair that was shedding tremendously at one point, is super healthy, getting fuller, thicker, and longer by the minute. I have been using this collagen for almost 3 weeks, no changes so far that I can tell. However, I used Vital Proteins previously for 3 months and never noticed changes either. I am mainly trying it as a protein supplement now, as it dissolves in my morning tea unlike protein powder, and I need a lot more protein in menopause than I can get through food. This brand is dissolving great in my tea with milk and sugar, just adding a creamier texture, but it has that very beefy taste to me that is reported on some brands. My husband did not really notice, but he drinks strong coffee with flavored and sugar free creamer, so it is competing with more flavors there. Plus I have a very sensitive sense of taste and smell. I will try another brand but some of them are so expensive. It is not easy or cheap to be a middle aged woman!

I'm on month 5 of this collagen powder. I wanted to wait a few months before I left a review because I heard that the effects don't start taking place for a couple months. This stuff is amazing. The price is fantastic compared to other brands that have less grams of collagen. A lot of people don't realize you need at least 20g of collagen to be the most effective. I started out taking two scoopfuls for the 20grams. I probably only missed a few days out of several months while I was taking it. After month 3 I can noticed the changes in my hair, nails and skin. For my skin, it's more even toned and seems to have plumped up my fine lines. I'm only 41 and don't have a lot of wrinkles but it did help smooth out my skin. My hair didn't get thicker but it got longer! My hair has never grown past my shoulders and not its past my armpit. This is the longest my hair has ever been! My nails aren't thicker but they grew. I always have my nails painted so there is a lot of abuse to my nails and they just don't grow but now my fingernails look fake. Before I only had to cut my toenails every 5 months but now I need to cut them once a month. Just be patient when starting out because it will take your body awhile to soak it all in. I don't have any pain anywhere so I can't atest to pain relief. The taste: I actually like it. It's hard to explain but there's really no taste. But that no-taste, tastes good lol. The taste is so mild that I don't even have to mix it with anything. The glass in my picture is exactly how I drink it. (It looks kinda cloudy green in the pic for some reason but it's actually a cloudy clearish white. I barely fill up the glass and dump in my two scoops. Use warm water so it's dissolves well. I stir it for about 10 secs and it's dissolved. I take it down in one drink. It's not thick, chunky or gritty. It's just smooth. I definitely, 100 percent, recommend this brand. I'll be ordering pack number 6 in a month. It lasts me about a month. You will see a difference, just don't give up and stick with it!
