Battery and performance issue
The item stopped working fully ans not it is totally dead didnt even worked 6 months also ,very bad .if there would be option to give 0 star i would give it a zero

Never order the item.
The item supplied is defective. The items looks like a defective piece. One of its ear plug was damaged. The item gets connected as blue tooth but does not give any sound in the earplug. I raised complaint, was told that Amazon will arrange to collect it and refund me the amount. The person who came to collect it refused to take it. He asked me to inform amazon to give instruction to collect without inspection. Feel cheated by ordering the item.

it works, so it is really a good product
good quality, indicators not easy - cannot understand if fully charged, the earplugs were single not in pairs, i need the smallet size earplugs would appreciate if seller can send me or advise where i can buy, the device works so overall good

Can I get original device if I book again
Last year delivered an original item to me but I got a duplicate/local one recently which I have returned it after opening the parcel.
