A brilliant no frills phone for that older relative in the family. Incudes an SOS button that can be programmed. The LCD is not the best quality. But effective.

Every time I switched the phone on, the head phone signal would come saying I was connected. When I asked for help with this, I tried all the recommended steps - disconnect from Bluetooth, Restore Factory Settings, Switch off and then remove battery and leave for a while, before reinserting. Nothing worked. When I mentioned this to the seller, I was very unimpressed with their response and they did not want to help. Returning this item.

Phone was nice size, big buttons, bought for my Dad 83, I tried everything to get the ringtone to work and not the voice speaker calling out the number when incoming call buts it's not working properly, also volume is not great he can't really hear the caller.

I still have this mobile fone unpacked. Because I've read reviews from all over the place, mostly saying, unfortunately, that the battery dies alarmingly quickly. Also an issue with possible costs using it. Anyway, it remains in limbo in my house, unused.

Good button size but poor battery life doesn’t full charge advertised as easy use phone for elder but when answer the phone you do not use the green answer button which can be confusing for the elderly when you use this to phone someone get what you pay for I suppose
