This is the most beautiful book! Robyn gives amazing and practical advice on how to eat and adjust your lifestyle to heal and maintain good gut health. She explains all about how the gut works and how important it is to look after this second brain of your body for a healthy and happy life. I love the way Robyn writes in a really natural and conversational way, as I find that most books written on this topic can be too scientific and sound really over complicated, full of facts that are hard to remember. Robyn on the other hand makes every step simple and easy to fit into your day. The recipes are also amazing! I have already tried a few - cannot recommend the pumpkin breakfast muffins enough - and they are super delicious. It is great knowing you are looking after your body from the inside out.

Good for inspiration
Good for inspiration. Although I've more or less implemented her message through my own food journey, I still felt like I was being talked to as if I didn't know what food was, which was off-putting. Some of the recipes are way too basic, others a new twist on an oldie but a goodie.

One of the best health books I've ever read, combines what all the others are saying with that little bit extra..I got so engrossed with this book I even brought it on holiday with us!

Mir hast das Lesen Spaß gemacht und ich finde,es ist nicht nur das modernste, sondern auch das trendigste Buch aus dem Bereich Clean Eating, was momentan auf dem Markt ist.For alle, die sich gesund ernähren und Spaß am Ausprobieren haben ist es einfach ein Must die coole Robyn Youkilis zu lesen.Ihre Tips wann und wie man Wasser zu sich nehmen sollte, habe ich sofort erfolgreich implementiert und fühle mich viel ausgewogener.Vielleicht erscheint das Buch auch auf Deutsch, aber es ist genial einfach zu lesen und daher braucht man nicht auf die deutsche Übersetzung warten. Go with your gut, go with this book!

Dull..........
I had high expectations of this book but felt very disappointed after just a few pages. It seems to 'skim' topics without enough depth to fully inform the reader. The end of each chapter feels like the start of the next will continue the topic in greater detail but it literally jumps onto another subject! Quite a superficial book which feels like a precis of what the 'real thing' should be. Not recommended.

Love this Book
It's well structured with simple content that keeps ones interest up if you're someone like me, new to changing food habits. The pictures are nice too, if that is something important for you. If you're looking for something with lots of information and depth of content, I wouldn't recommend this book.

Gesunde Verdauung, wunderschönes Buch
Dieses Buch enthält ein umfassendes Konzept für eine gesunde Darmflora inklusive Rezepten und Kopfübungen, um zum Essen eine neue Beziehung herzustellen. Ich habe zwar manches schon gekannt (beschäftige mich viel mit Ernährung), aber im Gesamtkonzept ergibt alles neuen Sinn und ich bin auf dem Weg, meine Ernährung komplett umzustellen und nach Robyn's Prinzipien zu essen (und auch zu leben!).Die Versprechungen mehr Energie, einen klareren Kopf, stabilen Blutzucker und schönere Haut werden gehalten - unfassbar, was es für eine Leichtigkeit im Bauch gibt.Two thumbs up!!!

A Gem for Both Foodies and Newbies
I've been following Robyn for a while because I really enjoy her laid back be-healthy-but-eat-cake-at-the-party advice. She doesn't err too strict but she's not lax either. In this book, I particularly liked her emphasis on digestive health because so much is being discovered about the gut as both a central part of the body's immune system as well as its surprising role in mood regulation. As a vegetarian I also liked that most of the recipes in Robyn's book are plant-based, although she does offer some modifications. PS - Her detox salad is delicious. :)

Feeling Better
I have loved reading this sane take on healthy eating for life. So many fad diets (that I have tried) are too hard to keep up with and to strict. I love that Robyn's take is more practical. I love that I can add honey to my herbal tea or use maple syrup on occasion. I love that I can eat whole grains. I am really learning to love fermented foods now. Before I started making the changes I read about in this book I was struggle with a lot of gut issues, mild depression and fatigue. And while I am not doing it perfectly, I am doing it better than I was and many of my symptoms have subsided completely or reduced. No weight loss to date - but that wasn't my main hope. Wanted to feel better and that is happening.

WONDERFUL BOOK AND WONDERFUL READ!
I recently purchased this book after seeing it listed on one of my favorite yogi's facebook. After many years of not only abdominal issues but bowel issues this book has changed my life. Her tips are so helpful and the 21 Day Chewing Challenge I signed up for was a great addition. I am not eating better and feeling better. I am by no means a cook, but I was so happy to make my own sauerkraut and have it turn out amazing! I also love to follow Robyn on Facebook and Instagram. Thank you for changing my life. If you are on the fence about buying it - BUY IT. You will be happy you did.

Great advice on a healthier gut + recipes galore!
I am LOVING this book (seriously...I read it at night before bed. I'm dangerously close to sleeping with it cuddled next to me). Robyn has some great tips and tricks for helping you digest much better - and some awesome gut-friendly recipes.

Healthy gut, but tastes great too. Approved by teenagers! Amazing.
Saw this on hallmark channel morning show and she made the broccoli cheez soup without cheez and said the healthy trick is the natural yeast which is better for your gut. The author and host also talked about the bone broth he drinks daily so healthy for life-he uses the cookbook daily sooo I was hooked. Served my teen daughter & her friends the healthy broccoli soup and was shocked how much they loved it and wanted more layer. WHAT?!!! That alone makes this book worth its weight in gold for me.

Some Useful Tips So Far
I just started reading this book. I bought this book because my entire family, cousins, aunts, brother, sister all have IBS. I was hoping this book might help. I think there will be some great tips in it. The 2nd chapter is on breathing. I am amazed at how many times my body is stressed and I did not realize it until I take a moment to concentrate on my breathing. Then my body relaxes.Looking forward to reading the rest of the chapters.

One of my very favorite go-to's for healthy eating - some of the most delicious recipes I've ever made! Robyn is an amazing health coach and speaks the truth about fueling your body with the best foods + hydration. This colorful, happy and informative book is separated into clear, succinct sections celebrating sweets, savory meals, liquids, etc. Her soups are A++ and the muffins are on a repeat at his house (you'll just have to buy it to find out what they taste like!). Robyn - thank you for making cooking easy, fun and healthy!
