This thing is incredible!!! It sharpens to PERFECTION…and I am the ultimate perfectionist. I sharpened about 10 pencils upon opening and it is consistently impressive. I also must mention the safety features. There is a lid that shuts so little fingers don’t get cut. The price is right…so excellent value. It is not messy, as the shavings go into a holder and it is super easy to empty it out (I already tried). The color matches the packaging for the pencils. It seems to be very durable, especially since it’s “manual.” This actually is nice though, because it means that it is easily portable. I can’t say enough great things about this product, I am pleased. I put a “before” and “after” picture for you to see for yourself!!!
