At the moment I am using those rings. And it works. The portion for one meal is very small, but that’s what I wanted. In my plans are lose the weight and you can lose if your portions goes from big plate to small plate. I recommend to try.

Very flimsy and portion sizes seem way too small. Obviously the end goal is to reduce size, but some of them barely look fit for a child's portion.
