Old used product recieved and the bag was dirtyand accessories were missing
The guitar was old, the last string were missing, allen key was not in the box, the bag was dirty tooI ordered this for a birthday gift and when I opened it was missing one string and all the mood was down instantly

They mention free course but on scanning qr code there is nothing only one site is coming krack. Ai. In which we don't know where to put access key

Service is not good..return policy not worked and damaged product
Guitar service is worst..I brought one..sound was..affected and It had scratch...I applied for return policy...1 month is passed and no one came....now its string also very weak breaks easily...wssted my money.
