Glassware is free of spots and streaks, and even plastic items are spot free (and relatively dry), even after a short cycle without heated dry. We don’t use a rinse aid, so to get spotless, dry dishes and zero chemical smell is huge. Another plus is all of the soap dissolves - other products we’ve tried have sometimes remained in the dispenser, or caused the door to jam. The price, considering the amount of product (25 washes/loads), is a bit high compared to other brands (e.g., 60 loads for about the same price), but the results seem to be worth it, and a subscription will help with the cost.
