Higher quality than I expected for the cost. Having now used each item in the box, I can say how very pleased I am with the silicone baking sheets (the primary reason for my purchase). They are perfect for my bread baking needs, and so much more convenient than cutting up baking parchment. They clean easily and roll up for storage. The dough scraper is bigger than my previous one, and I like how it feels in the hand.. The silicon pastry brush is a useful third item. Great quality items and all are useful.

These bread slings arrived quickly . They are good quality and certainly protect the bottom of the loaf . Unfortunately the finish on the sourdough is affected as the handle are too long for my dutch oven and the lid cannot sit tight. The dough looks dry baked rather creating its own steam effect .I have shorten the handle bits which was easy so no complaints

The slings fit into the base of my heavy casserole/dutch oven dishes. One dish is smaller than the other and I was able to use scissors to make it smaller so the right size for me. The finished sourdough loaves slide easily from the sling but I do use a little olive oil prior to putting dough on top of sling to cook. Also worth checking that handle strips do not cover your loaf whilst baking without lids - otherwise parts of loaf top will be less crusty than others.Really useful addition for my bread making as dough previously stuck to base of dish or greaseproof paper when baking.

Works as advertised. Easily holds weight of a whole loaf. Easy to clean. Thick and well made.
