Great taste, smooth coffee bean. But unfortunately the price keeps increasing which makes it more bitter tasting. :)

I noticed the note that Amazon placed at the top of the product page. I ordered this product 37 times in the past. I must like it. The old sealed bag was troublesome to open, so I was quite happy to see that they made a change. It seemed like a big improvement. Although the zip opening worked great, the interior plastic freshness liner pulled away, see the picture. No big deal until I saw that the bag was consequently still open after their bag was sealed, see photo. Freshness will be compromised and possibly beans could fall out if the bag is tipped. Lastly, the design makes opening easier, but pouring beans into a grinder, which is what I always did before easily, is now not possible. Also, a one cup scoop barely fits. All of this can be worked around and I will because I still believe that this is the best coffee, but I hope that they continue looking at the sealant design and introduce another improved design. In spite of the rip, I like this design better than the old design. The old design caused the bag to rip if you tried opening it by hand Vice with scissors, and the plastic stay with the wire lining would usually fall off. But I’m not giving up on this coffee.
