Very easy to fit, nice and thin, comfortable, it will crease and fold at the top of the guard when you first fit so make sgure you take out any creases. Bought to BJJ, would recommend

The jump in the ability to drink, speak, and straight-up breathe sets this mouthguard apart from literally any other one I've ever worn or will wear. INCREDIBLE. It's so lightweight, you don't even feel like you are wearing one and can stay in your mouth for hours without a hitch. I play field hockey so being able to communicate with my teammates all game is crucial and something that previous combat sports-style guards could never offer. Despite arguably offering less protection than those, this is also comfortable and stylish - you don't look like you're an orc showing your teeth in the match photos. For that alone, this gets five stars. The future of mouthguards.

having spent alot on mouthguards this one wins at the moment, its easy to fit a very comfy to wear.only issue is that an item like this should at least come with a case as even the cheap basic ones come with a case

Considering the cost this is a great gum shield for teeth-grinders like me. Can't say how it is going to work out long-term, but it's certainly possible to get a snug 'custom fit' and it is very comfortable to wear (it can take a few tries to get the fit right). I've tried the bulky gum shields in the past, which were disastrous, but this one feels nice to wear. I've even been wearing it out and about during the day!Go for a white or light coloured one so it doesn't look like you're missing all your teeth....

The mouth guard hasn't been cut out of the mold correctly as it has production error where its been 'cut' out, leaving a rough point which therefore causes it to be uncomfy.Yes its light weight and the ventilation seems to help with saliva flow although I dont believe it would actually offer much protect, combined with the fact it's not as comfy as a regular mouth guard I wont be using this product.

If you're thinking about playing sports, this mouthguard is the best investment, especially when you need to communicate to your team during the game. I play lacrosse and have tried cheaper, and basic mouthguards and found it so hard to control my breathing and talk to my team mates during matches. I tried other cheaper alternatives which added up to be more expensive than this product in the end, and found that non of it worked out well for me. I decided to invest in this product (as a uni student with a budget it was a hard choice!) and have no regrets at all. I can easily close my mouth, control my breathing, and talk clearly to my team. Moulding it was no issue, at first it was daunting as i had read reviews of it going wrong or not working for some, but I took my time and if it didn't feel right, I would just start over.

Once moulded correctly this is the best off the self mouthguard I have ever owned. I can put it in, train, drink, talk and breath. With no issues.Only reason its a 4 star is it took me about 10 attempts to get the moulding right. Fortunately that doesn't effect the performance.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter for hockey, after having tried a couple of other home-fit mouth guards that were making her gag. After reading the reviews, i went for the adult one and I’m glad I did because it really does shrink. It comes as a thin boomerang shape disk which softens in hot water so you can mould it to the teeth. The front is really easy to mould, but the back stayed kind of flat which has helped with the gagging as the other makes are very thick at the back. It fits very well and stays put whereas the regular type of mouth guards fall away when the mouth is open. They’ve definitely got it right with this mouth guard, I’m so pleased I bought it.
