Review: Can’t forget your vitamins - It’s easy grab and go and makes you feel better about not having to carry a whole container with you just slip it in your purse, pocket, or bag and go. I personally open the package and slip 2/3 more supplements in the pouch for my full vitamin routine very convenient! My energy levels have been steady and my sleep quality has been great I would say it’s pretty effective, no tummy pain as I usually eat breakfast before work by 10 and drink a full bottle of water while taking them! I would eat before taking them personally staying hydrated with warm water is most effective yes you will have to pee after drinking a whole bottle but it’s worth it🤭

It’s easy grab and go and makes you feel better about not having to carry a whole container with you just slip it in your purse, pocket, or bag and go. I personally open the package and slip 2/3 more supplements in the pouch for my full vitamin routine very convenient! My energy levels have been steady and my sleep quality has been great I would say it’s pretty effective, no tummy pain as I usually eat breakfast before work by 10 and drink a full bottle of water while taking them! I would eat before taking them personally staying hydrated with warm water is most effective yes you will have to pee after drinking a whole bottle but it’s worth it🤭

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm loving the results so far

This might be to soon to say it but I swear I can tell a difference in just 2 days. I work in Vet Med and if you know you know....they arrived on a Sunday and I started taking them right away and by Tuesday I noticed an immediate difference in my energy level and just overall how I felt. Pills are very easy to take love the vitamin content as a woman over 40. I feel good just having been on them for 3 full days now. Quality of the packaging was very well done too. It very well could be all in my head but I'll take it for now. I bought 2 boxes since there was a deal and will report back in 30days tho and I'm praying I still have the same opinion.
