These were yummy!! They're a really good gluten-free cookie. The value was good and they were nice and crunchy. They're a regular sized cookie. And they were perfect for my gluten-free company.

These are my all time favorite snack now. I am ordering several boxes each month and I can’t seem to get them to last throughout the whole month!! I love tart, tangy stuff, and these are just perfect amount of lemon sour, crunchy texture, and sweetness (not overly sweet!). These stopped me from missing my snacking of gluten-eating days. I used to eat a ton of lemon flavored Girl Scout cookies (which they don’t make anymore) during my gluten days, and I kept missing them. While these are not identical, these satiate my lemon cookie cravings!!!Seriously, the only downside is that I can’t seem to exercise self-control. If you like lemon flavor anything, these are a must try, gluten-free or not!!!

Hope you like lemon. The cookies are tart as lemons generally are when eaten fresh. So expect that these cookies are, too. Personally, I would opt for something less lemony.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Yummy. I recently discovered that gluten (ie wheat, barley, rye - some oats) is most likely causing some gut issues I’ve been having. So it’s gluten-free for me. I love cookies and lemon is one of my favorites. It made me sad to pass on my favorite lemon creme cookies on my latest trip through Dollar General… so I opened my Amazon app and found these. I’ve tried other products from Glutino that were pretty good (the Strawberry Bars are great), so I thought I’d order a box of lemon cookies. Yum. They don’t taste EXACTLY like my favorites, but they are pretty darn close. The cookie part is crisp -not soggy, the filling sweet. It’s like a lemon Oreo. Inside the box, the cookies are in a plastic tray that seems to do a good job pf protecting them from breaking up., and then the tray is wrapped in a foil bag. Once cut open, the foil isn’t roomy enough to roll down to keep the cookies fresh, so I taped it closed so I can put them in my freezer. (I bought a “bunch” of stuff to see what I liked. These pass the test. I’ll order more.) .
